Lydiate Leopards had an entertaining 2-2 draw against Lydiate Pumas on Saturday. Both teams were exemplary paying their respects for a minutes silence for Remembrance Sunday (the following day). The first half was end to end with Benji clearing a Pumas shot off the line. This proved to be decisive as shortly after Harry scored for Leopards. Leopards created a few more chances with James Sweeney unlucky with his shot hitting the crossbar. An entertaining first half came to an end with Leopards winning 1-0.

Pumas came out strongly in the second half and scored two goals in the first ten minutes. Both goals were well struck giving Freddie in goal little chance. But Leopards responded well and Harry equalised with his second of the game with 5 minutes left. The game was frantic and end to end, leopards had a free kick with a few minutes left. Harry took it and the Pumas keeper dropped the ball but it was recovered by the pumas defender without it fully crossing the line It was a dramatic end to the match but a 2-2 was a fair result.

Kuavo man of the match was Freddie in goal for leopards. He made some good saves and came off his line as a sweeper keeper making it harder for Pumas to score.
