With over 15 years’ experience in surveying, asset management, property consulting, sales and acquisitions across the U.K. and the Caribbean, Joseph has a reputation for being a detail-oriented professional who takes a pragmatic approach to business, providing clear and trusted advice to clients. Joseph sits as our overseas Property Expert in the Cayman Islands also heads our Surveying and Property Services teams in the U.K.

Howard, one of our founding Directors brings 20 years of real estate experience back to the UK, having forged a reputation as an industry expert on the international stage in recent years. As well as heading our Sales and Rentals team in the U.K., Howard is the Managing Director of our Caribbean operations, headquartered in the Cayman Islands, Western Caribbean, where Howard assumes a board position on the industries regulating body.

Richard is accomplished in a wide range of surveying disciplines, including land surveying, boundary disputes, and undertaking expert witness building surveys for U.K. housing organisations. Known for his reliable and comprehensive project delivery, Richard has been responsible for designing and project managing major remedial construction projects in the Caribbean, commercial and industrial property consulting, and currently leads our overseas Property Management department.

Having lived in North Liverpool her entire life, Rose is an expert when it comes to the local property market. She has extensive experience in Real Estate, which she uses to drive the best deal for her clients in an open and friendly manner.
