Lydiate narrowly lost 4-3 to River Juniors. In an entertaining game both teams took their chances and it was an end to end game. Despite taking the lead the Leopards found themselves behind at half time. They responded well to get the game level with some well taken goals. Unfortunately, the River team took the lead from a corner and despite their best-efforts Leopards couldn’t get back level again.
