Another tough game last weekend saw Lydiate take on high flying Netherton. Lydiate tried their best and battled as hard as they could but were beaten. Some great finishes from the opposition and creating of chances were the difference. Lydiate did have their own chances with some shots going off target and missing a penalty. It just wasn’t their day.

supporters’ man of the match went to goalkeeper Arlo who once again was brave and made some great saves.

Coaches man of the match went to Conor who played well in midfield and defence. He put some good tackles in, stuck to his task and tried to get the team going with his passing.
